FurniTimber stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to addressing product defects and damage.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

Your order number

Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

A description of the issue

Resolution Options:

Upon verification of a valid DOA claim, we will work with you to provide one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the damaged or defective item

Full refund to your original payment method

Partial refund or store credit if appropriate

Repair instructions or replacement parts if applicable

The specific resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the damage, and your preference.

Return Shipping for DOA Claims:

For verified DOA claims, FurniTimber will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

Normal wear and tear

Damage occurring after delivery due to accidents or negligence

Products that have been modified or altered

Warranty Period:

DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For other defects that become apparent after this period, please contact us to discuss your options. We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.
